The speculation is over for Dragonball FighterZ fans as Season 3 was announced this weekend during the Dragonball FighterZ World Tour 2019/2020 finals held in Paris.
After the top 16 to top 8 ended on day 1, the games producer Tomoko Hiroki not only confirmed that there would be a third season for the game, but that it will come with new content and new gameplay mechanics, such as the ability to select different assists or changes to the overall UI.
On Sunday, shortly after the tournament ended, Bandai Namco revelead the first DLC characters that will make part of the roster: Ultra Instinct Goku and Kefla.
Kefla will be available on February 28th while Ultra Instinct Goku will become available in Spring this year, although no official release date has been announced.
