Epic Games Store just love to throw around some free games, currently you can get Moonlighter and This War Of Mine until August 3 and after that players can get there hands on Alan Wake and For Honor for Free.

Epic Games did say that only one game would be released per fortnight but since This War of Mine is M rated not everyone will be able to bask in the glory of a free video game. Hence they also gave their fans Moonlighter for free. This time around though I had to go check to see which game actually was the family friendly game, because between Alan Wake and For Honor I have no idea. You have a medieval multiplayer combat game going up a dark and twisted horror… hmm turns out the dark twisted horror is great for families!
Alan Wake was built by Remedy Entertainment (Control) and released back in February 2012. Steam describes it as “A Dark Presence stalks the small town of Bright Falls, pushing Alan Wake to the brink of sanity in his fight to unravel the mystery and save his love.” I had the pleasure of playing this game when it first released and I was not let down. With 90% of 18,000 being positive reviews i’m sure it will still be a great adventure for anyone willing to grab this freebie.

For Honor Doesn’t have the best of reviews, but it’s still an extremely talked about game and anything made by Ubisoft will always up there with the best. Ubisoft as with all there games will constantly update them and please there fans, so I wouldn’t take the reviews choice on this. I have been waiting to try For Honor for a long time now and I think my time is almost up.
