Chris Carew The Division is getting its own Netflix movie! Director David Leitch (Deadpool 2, Atomic Blonde, The Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw) and written by Rafe Judkins (Agents of SHIELD, The Wheel of Time) is coming exclusively to the Netflix.
Starring Jessica Chastain and Jake Gyllenhaal. Finally Jimmy can put his Jake cosplay costume to good use… The Division is set in the near future, where a pandemic virus has spread via contaminated cash on Black Friday, decimating New York City and killing millions. If civilization has any hope of rebuilding out of the chaos, it will be up to The Division, a group of highly trained civilians, to save what remains of society.
Tom Clancy’s The Division broke both Ubisoft and industry sale records during its March 2016 launch. No details around release dates have surfaced, but MEF TECH will be keeping a close eye out.
