The Witcher Monster Slayer a free-to-play, augmented-reality, location-based RPG
A new Witcher game will soon be at our fingertips which will surely keep us all busy while we wait for the next season of the Netflix smash hit or of course even the next adventure in CD Projekt Reds video games. Developed and published by Spokko, The Witcher Monster Slayer takes place before the events of The Witcher series of games and is an augmented reality game much like Minecraft Earth or Harry Potter Wizards Unite. Check out the announcement trailer below.
Featuring stunning visuals, players will explore the world around them while tracking, studying, and fighting monsters all while using time of day and real-life weather conditions to gain the upper hand. Players can craft powerful potions and oils, bombs and monster bait to help defeat the toughest of enemies. The game will also feature rich, story-driven quests that will take players on adventures of a lifetime and make you understand what it truly takes to be a Witcher.
